Born Pretty Store - Hexagon Glitters

I received the hexagonal glitters from Born Pretty Store recently...

You should be familiar with the trend, decorating your nails with glitters... That's what these babies are for....

They have 12 pots in 12 different colors... The silver and the gold are solid colors, but the rest are clear, see through glitters.

The post may seem little, but they hold plenty of glitters, enough for a life time!!!! :) The whole set costs $6.93...

I only wish they were a little bigger in size... It takes a long time to place them on my nails... :(

Anyway, here's what I did with them...

I used the pink one first. I painted my nails with two coats of Avon Paprika Pumps... Then while the paint was wet, I started adding the glitter using a small sized dotting tool. It really took some time to decorate one nail, so I stopped at the first nail... God give patience to the one who covers all the nails... LOL

The second color I used was the gold one.... I painted my nails with two coats of Jalepeno Fashion Show and added the glitters as before.... Now, looking at the pictures, I realize that I should have placed them a little closer... But, hey, it was my first time.... :)

Last but not least, here's my favorite nail art with the silver one... I painted my pinky with Barry M silver and stamped it with NailzCraze NC04. For my ring finger, I used two coats of Sally Hansen Black Out and placed the glitter around it... The middle finger is just black... And the index finger is Golden Rose Jolly Jewels 118, two coats...

Overall, I loved these glitters. The possibilites are endless... And if you want to buy some for yourself, you can buy it here with using my 10% off coupon... Remember, Born Pretty Store ships free, worldwide!!!

  1. I am doing a nail art challenge and I am going to use your design with the glequins bordering the nail for my border prompt. I am not good at free handing anything so I was really worried about it but I can totally place glitter. Thanks so much for sharing!
